1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DashX Automation ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DashX Automation provides workflow automation tools that allow users to create, configure, and execute automated workflows ("Flows") for various business processes including but not limited to:

  • Table extraction from documents (PDFs, images, Excel, CSV files)
  • Bulk bill/invoice generation
  • Custom workflow automation

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use the Service to create flows that violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Not use the Service to automate processes that may cause harm to third parties
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Limitation of Liability - Critical Notice

Your Responsibility

ANY FLOWS, AUTOMATIONS, OR PROCESSES CREATED USING DASHX AUTOMATION ARE EXECUTED ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE USER BEARS FULL AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR:

  • All outputs, results, and consequences of executed Flows
  • Any modifications, corruption, or damage to the user's own systems, databases, or files
  • Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from Flow execution
  • Any impact on third-party systems connected or integrated with the user's workflows
  • Ensuring Flows are properly tested and validated before production use

DASHX AUTOMATION AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

5. Data Processing and Security

While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not responsible for data loss or corruption caused by Flow execution
  • Users should maintain backups of all critical data before running automations
  • Users must ensure their input data is properly formatted and safe for processing

6. Subscription and Payments

No Refund Policy

ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Once a subscription payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances
  • This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, business closure, dissatisfaction with service, or switching to a different provider
  • Subscription fees cover the period for which they are paid and are not prorated for partial months or unused time
  • Failed or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension of service

We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the Service during any free trial period before purchasing a subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property:

  • You retain ownership of all data, files, and content you process through the Service
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process any data through your Flows
  • DashX Automation retains ownership of the platform, software, and all underlying technology

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Create flows that automate illegal activities
  • Process data you don't have rights to process
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but:

  • We do not guarantee 99.9% uptime or continuous availability
  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DashX Automation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Any Flow created or executed by you through the Service
  • Any damage or harm caused to your systems or third-party systems by your Flows

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We specifically disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • That the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • That the quality of any flows, services, or information obtained will meet your expectations

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
